Calculation of optimal acoustic conditions and dimensioning of a suitable absorption and reflection configuration in concert halls, theaters, churches, congress centers, town halls, multipurpose rooms, schools of music, auditoriums, gymnasiums, swimming baths, open-plan offices, conference rooms .........
The aim of room-acoustic consultation is "good" acoustics. The expectations of audiences with regard to the quality of the speech and music should be fully met. This quality can be judged by objective criteria of excellence (reverberation time, clarity, lateral energy fraction ........). When a room is used for more than one purpose, it is not always possible to achieve optimal results for each and every purpose so that, in practice, acceptable compromises have to be made.
With the aid of room acoustical simulations with a computer and modern auralization techniques, it is possible to hear what a room sounds like even at the design stage. The acoustic quality can therefore judged in a not-yet-existing room. Weak points can be recognized at an early stage and the design can be supported in a target-oriented manner.
Supplementary to and/or as backup of the acoustic configuration, an electroacoustic system can be installed. With the lay out design of the system, we cooperate with a specialist engineer's office.
