The legal form of the organization is a limited company.
The majority of the shares in the enterprise are owned by Genest's actively working members of staff.
Genest's members of staff are, from the point of view of the partners and their representative executive board, first and foremost an integration of engineering experts enjoying equal rights while working under a common company mantle. Their tasks from their first contact with the client with regard to the making of an offer, the performance of their engineering services, and up to preparing the invoice are carried out independently under their own initiative and responsibility. This promotes a great sense of responsibility of our members of staff and encourages high quality performance of their engineering services. For large consultancy assignments an appropriately qualified team is assembled capable of offering the required services with a team leader who carries the responsibility for the project. The aim is have an internal structure with as few hierarchical levels as possible in which the self-responsibility of our staff members comes to the forefront.
