Self-declaration of independence, impartiality and integrity
In order to demonstrate the independence, impartiality and integrity of Werner Genest & Partner Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH, the following stipulations have been made:
The management and all our employees carry out their activities with the utmost professional competence and impartiality and are independent of any internal or external commercial, financial or other influence on the assessment or results of their activities, in particular from persons or groups with an interest in the results. Independence is guaranteed as the management verifies and guarantees these principles.
Furthermore, our employees are contractually obliged to notify the management of any conflicts of interest that arise and to refuse activities that contradict their work as a recognized measuring body in accordance with Section 29b BImSchG. Any secondary employment and the basic guidelines of the quality policy are regulated in the individual employment contracts.
The management guarantees objectivity, freedom from conflicts of interest, freedom from bias and freedom from prejudice. Furthermore, neutrality, fairness, open-mindedness, straightforwardness, maintaining distance and balance are guaranteed.
Werner Genest & Partner Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH offers services only. The company does not sell, build or operate any production plants, facilities and/or equipment for the reduction of emissions and/or immissions.
We ensure the protection of our clients' confidential information and property rights, including the protection of electronic storage and transmission of results.
Quality management monitors compliance with quality standards in accordance with DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025.
According to the standard DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018-03, there is a requirement to define and document decision rules that are made when making statements on the conformity of test results. These describe how the measurement uncertainty is taken into account when statements on conformity are made in relation to a specified requirement. If the decision rule is specified by the customer, in regulations or in normative documents, further consideration of the risk is not required. Since conformity assessments as part of our activities as a measuring body generally fulfill this requirement, a separate risk assessment does not need to be carried out. We would like to point out that, as part of the assessment, the test result is compared directly with the required value without applying measurement uncertainties. The measurement uncertainties to be taken into account are shown separately as a statement on the quality of the measurement results.
