Competencies

Professional qualifications and further training are a mark of quality for our engineering services.

Our technical expertise has been tested and repeatedly confirmed by external certification bodies, such as the North Rhine-Westphalia Materials Testing Office or the Rhineland-Palatinate State Office for the Environment, Water Management and Trade Inspection and the corresponding offices of other federal states.

This makes it transparent for the customer that our knowledge and technical equipment are always state-of-the-art.

Measuring point according to § 29b Federal Immission Control Act (BImSchG)

Our office is recognized as an expert body in the field of immission control for the determination of emissions and immissions of noise and vibrations (areas Q, R, S and T) according to BImSchG. The announcement is documented by publication in the research system for measuring points and experts (ReSyMeSa), which is available on the Internet (http://www.luisbb.de/resymesa).

VMPA – Sound insulation test center according to DIN 4109

As a VMPA quality testing center, we are a competent partner for sound measurements (building acoustics monitoring measurements) in buildings. The measurement team, the measuring equipment and the reports are certified every three years.

Body authorized in Luxembourg in the fields of environmental protection

– Acoustic emissions (noise, vibrations)
– Impact studies (noise abatement, vibrations)

Entries in lists of experts and specialist lists

The Chambers of Industry and Commerce (IHK) appoint experts who are recognized as competent contacts in their specialist areas with particular expertise and are appointed as independent experts in court proceedings, for example.

The following is appointed:
– Dr. Jörg Wildoer, publicly appointed and sworn expert for noise protection in building construction by the Dresden Chamber of Industry and Commerce.

Entry in the BAFA energy consultant list and DENA registration

With these registrations, the formal requirements for energy planning and consulting in connection with funding programs are fulfilled. The necessary thermal calculations for low-interest KfW programs may be carried out by these approved energy consultants.

Alexander Mäurer, Sybille Vogel, Lars Bräuniger, Ralf Kiewitt and Kevin De Mei are registered with the German Energy Agency (DENA).

Further qualifications

– Ralf Kiewitt is an expert for energy efficiency in buildings (EIPOS) and a certified passive house consultant
– Lars Bräuniger is a test expert for energy-efficient building planning
– Carrying out airtightness measurements (blower door measurement in accordance with DIN EN 13829)
